Erica Solis is a serial entrepreneur, healthcare innovator, technologist, and integrative wellness leader dedicated to building innovative healthcare organizations, designing scalable systems, and expanding access to whole-person care. With more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, technology, and operations, she has dedicated her career to reimagining how individuals access personalized, integrative healthcare.
Her work is shaped by a 20-year personal journey navigating complex mental and physical health challenges, giving her a deep understanding of the importance of treating the whole person—not just isolated symptoms. This lived experience continues to inspire her mission of making compassionate, evidence-informed, and integrative care more accessible to individuals and families.
Over the past decade, Erica has worked alongside children, adolescents, and adults navigating complex mental, behavioral, developmental, and physical health challenges. Her coaching experience spans autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, hormone and gastrointestinal conditions, and other complex health concerns. She has extensive experience serving neurodivergent individuals, underserved communities, and individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Her approach integrates nutrition, movement, nervous system regulation, lifestyle medicine, mindfulness, and behavior change strategies to promote long-term health, resilience, and independence.
Drawing on more than 15 years of executive leadership in healthcare and technology, Erica combines operational innovation with clinical insight to design scalable, person-centered models of care.
After navigating her own mental and physical health challenges, Erica founded Poppy Life Care in 2018 with the belief that healthcare should treat the whole person—not just individual symptoms. Since then, Poppy Life Care has evolved into a multidisciplinary behavioral health and wellness organization integrating behavioral health, wellness coaching, nutrition education, yoga, mindfulness, lifestyle medicine, and technology to improve outcomes for individuals with complex health needs.
At the heart of Poppy Life Care is the belief that lasting wellness requires addressing the interconnected relationship between mental health, physical health, nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and nervous system regulation. This philosophy continues to shape the organization’s integrative model of care and empowers individuals to create sustainable, long-term change.
Today, Erica continues to advance integrative healthcare through Poppy Life Care and Becoming Sovereign, an AI-powered wellness platform designed to make personalized, whole-person care more accessible while empowering individuals to take an active role in their mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
