Track record of increasing sales and growing the bottom line, while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs. I am passionate about helping others while creating solutions, teams, technologies and systems that empower the underserved individual in industries of health, technology and real estate. Some Key Accomplishments: As founder of Poppy Life Care, I have a vision of a healthcare company that would disrupt the healthcare industry and the way we serve families and individuals living with brain health issues.
My team and I have developed and implemented programs and services with a global reach in education, volunteerism, clients and partnerships. Provided visionary leadership, led the development of the operations department by implementing a strong structure, processes and procedures companywide and a human resources department. Led the development of the marketing department through strategic planning and multi-marketing campaigns. I led the employee population growth from 10 employees to over 130 employees, expanded operations from 2 clinics to over 8 clinics in Southern California. Led the revenue growth from $1m to over $10m in about 1 year. As a visionary founder, I saw a major disconnect and extreme inefficiencies in how invoices and accounting systems were conducted.
In partnership with the CEO, I led the development of the mobile payment application, strategic partnerships, investor relations and operational efficiencies. Through vision implementation, I was able to help grow the company from an employee population of 40 to over 325 employees with revenues of $200m. I was able to help develop the organizational structure and culture through strategy, infrastructure, and practices while implementing payroll and human resources management systems. The recognition as an outstanding leader and operations executive by Octane OC, Red Herring, California Business Journal, and IFAH has been a great honor.
