Poppy Life Care provides integrative, holistic health services for individuals experiencing chronic pain, neurodivergence, and behavioral health needs. Services include nutritional counseling and integrative supports such as yoga and wellness coaching, incorporating skill building, goal setting, breathwork, mindfulness, and movement-based practices to promote independence and daily functioning. We also offer trauma-informed counseling using evidence-based approaches to support emotional regulation and coping skills.
