Poppy Lifecare Announces Partnership with Soluna to Expand Free and Affordable Integrative Wellbeing and Comprehensive Mental Health Services for Youth and Young Adults**
Poppy Life Care, a leader in integrative wellness, is excited to announce its partnership with Soluna, an innovative digital mental health support platform funded by the California Department of Health Care Services to provide free and affordable services to teens and young adults aged 13 to 25. This collaboration aims to increase access to integrative care, bridge gaps in traditional mental health services, and empower young individuals with holistic tools for wellbeing.
Through this partnership, Poppy Life Care and Soluna will offer a range of evidence-based and holistic wellness services, including mindfulness practices, breathwork, movement therapy, 1:1 coaching, and nutrition support. By integrating these approaches with traditional mental health support, the collaboration seeks to create a comprehensive and accessible care model tailored to the unique needs of young people.

Digital services will be available through the Soluna platform, accessible via app or web browser, and at the Poppy Life Care Wellness Center in Newport Beach, with additional offerings planned.
