Clients are given tools and practices to guide them to better mental and physical health while strengthening skills in patience, a beginner’s mind, trust, acceptance and gratitude. Practitioners include: Wellness Coach, Adaptive Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Practitioner
Provides support to children and adults to learn how to regulate their emotions and decrease stressful situations by practicing mindful exercises when triggered. This program implements practice and tools to support concentration and interpersonal relationships.
