Erica Solis is a dedicated entrepreneur, business executive, philanthropist, and mental health advocate and holistic mental health provider, with over 15 years of experience growing and scaling companies.

Beginning her career as a facilitator and director of world-class technology systems, Solis honed her entrepreneurial skills, helping to launch innovative tech startups into globally recognized organizations. With a track record of successfully growing businesses in the private sector, she has served as the founder, VP, and operational manager for companies such as SAVAS HEALTH, Movocash, and NWHM. Using her background in systems management, Solis employs her knowledge of strategic development tactics to lower costs, increase sales, and lead successful fundraising campaigns.

Over the years, Solis has overseen organizational growth from 10 to over 130 employees, expanding operations from two clinics to over eight healthcare locations across Southern California. Under her leadership, revenues for the organization increased from $1 million to over $10 million. Additionally, she has supported an organizational group from 40 employees to IPO with revenues reaching $200m.

Today, inspired by her experiences with mental health, Solis founded Poppy Life Care in 2021 to increase access to holistic medicine for underserved populations across California. Since its founding, Poppy Life Care has evolved far beyond Solis’ original mission—a rising leader in mental health advocacy and integrative medicine, Solis has used the executive skills she developed to grow Poppy Life Care into a comprehensive healthcare network, offering a wide array of remote and in-person holistic services to patients across the U.S.

With its rapid growth, Solis has ensured that Poppy Life Care stays true to its original mission, providing personalized healthcare alternatives to individuals and families living with a wide spectrum of health, mental health, and behavioral health challenges. Following her vision, Poppy Life Care has expanded access to its services, incorporating yoga, nutrition, mindfulness, meditation, behavioral health and other holistic therapies to improve outcomes for individuals struggling with a wide range of health concerns.

Solis has spearheaded Poppy Life Car’s outreach programs through her affiliations, partnering with notable organizations such as Hoag Hospital, CalOptima Health, Mental Health Association, Harbor Psychiatry and Expert Dojo, a venture capital firm. Assembling advisors and executives from across the private sector, she has built a team of business and healthcare professionals that have vaulted Poppy Life Care’s efforts to improve access to healthcare among underserved populations.

Combining her entrepreneurial knowledge with a passion for improving the lives of others, Solis’s work has turned Poppy Life Care into a network of holistic wellness experts with ties to local communities.
