Ashley Laurenzi is a Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist in Irvine, CA. Her journey with managing her own anxiety and panic attacks led her to discovering the healing power of yoga over a decade ago. As she delved deeper into the practice, she recognized its profound impact on her mental well-being. In 2016, motivated by this personal transformation, Ashley transitioned from a high-stress corporate career to practicing yoga therapy, 1:1 trauma survivor support, and training new teachers.
Driven by her passion to integrate yoga seamlessly into everyday life, Ashley strives to empower her students to harness yoga’s tools for holistic healing. With a steadfast commitment to inclusivity and safety, her overarching purpose, or dharma in Sanskrit, is to accompany individuals on their healing journeys and help them experience more comfort and joy in their bodies and minds.
