Mindfulness Wellness Coaching Program

Mindfulness Wellness Coaching Program

A Poppy Life Plan supports lifestyle changes & habits that reinforce positive thinking and improved communication skills. Clients are given tools and practices to guide them to better mental and physical health while strengthening skills in patience, a beginner’s mind, trust, acceptance and gratitude. Practitioners include: Wellness Coach, Adaptive Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Practitioner

Provides support to children and adults to learn how to regulate their emotions and decrease stressful situations by practicing mindful exercises when triggered. This program implements practice and tools to support concentration and interpersonal relationships.

  • $119 two 1:1 wellness session a month (30 minutes each)
  • $139 three 1:1 wellness sessions a month (30 minutes each)
