Yoga Therapist
Olivia Halloran is a Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor whose journey with yoga began in 2017 during one of the most challenging seasons of her life. Navigating personal trauma, Olivia turned to yoga as a tool for healing and self-discovery—what started as a practice soon became a lifeline. The profound transformation she experienced inspired her to pursue her 200-hour RYT certification with a specialization in trauma-informed yoga, leading her to teach full-time and share this path with others.
Over the years, Olivia has brought yoga’s healing wisdom into a variety of spaces—from working therapeutically with individuals recovering from eating disorders, to leading studio classes, to offering wellness experiences in luxury hospitality settings. Regardless of the environment, her approach remains rooted in compassion, empowerment, and deep presence.
Olivia’s mission is simple yet profound: to help others reconnect with themselves through the practice of yoga. Having experienced firsthand how yoga can soften pain, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of wholeness, she holds space for others to heal at their own pace—with gentleness, integrity, and grace. She believes that every body holds wisdom, and that through conscious movement and breath, we can remember who we truly are.
